Why Are We Franchising?

To expand a network of computer linked offices working together, and at the same time maintain our ethos of Personal Service. We wish to do this through ensuring each local branch is personally owned and managed, trading under The Personal Agent name and umbrella.

Why The Personal Agent?

Because we are different. Our business model works as we have proved. We started off in serviced offices, built our business up, and moved to a prominent shop front. What this means to you among many other benefits, are lower start up costs.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for experienced estate agents, who know they are the best, and want to set up, run, and be part of a successful network of offices. You must be prepared to work very hard, be enthusiastic, professional, well presented, and most of all, a desire to succeed.

Where Are We Seeking To Open Franchised Branch Offices?

In Surrey and West Sussex, in particular:

Sutton Horley Dorking Guildford
Reigate Kingston Croydon Stoneleigh
Leatherhead Epsom Downs Area Horsham Redhill

These are our ideal locations to build a local network of branches, but we will look at other locations as all offices can be computer linked.

When Are We Seeking To Open Franchised Branch Offices?

We wish to open 2 branch offices within the next 3 - 4 months in any of the above locations and a further 4 in the following 6 months.
